This is your BodyFit by Amy 25-Minute Bodyweight AMRAP Workout! This is day 29 of your Holiday HIIT Challenge. In this workout we're gonna get it done with no equipment -- upper body, lower body, core cardio, and mobility! AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds As Possible. You will have three exercises for four minutes and during that time you get as many rounds as possible. Go at your own pace, challenge yourself, and have fun! Are you ready? Let's do it!
