Chicken pakora recipe
📝 Ingredients:
500g Boneless chicken (chote slices mein cut kiya hua)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Salt (ya taste ke mutabiq)
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Haldi powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds (zeera)
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Chilli sauce
1 Egg
½ cup Besan (gram flour)
1 tbsp Coriander seeds (dhaniya sabit) – hathon se crush karke
1–2 tbsp Til (sesame seeds)
👩🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Sab se pehle boneless chicken ko wash karke chote slices mein cut kar lein.
2️⃣ Ab is mein shamil karein:
Ginger garlic paste, namak, red chilli powder, haldi, zeera, chilli flakes, lemon juice aur chilli sauce.
3️⃣ 1 egg add karke sab ko achi tarah mix kar lein.
4️⃣ Chicken ko puri raat (overnight) marinate hone ke liye fridge mein rakh dein.
🍳 Fry Karne Ka Tarika:
5️⃣ Next day, marinated chicken mein:
½ cup besan
Crush kiye huye dhaniya seeds
👉 Yaad rahe: pani bilkul add nahi karna.
6️⃣ Last mein til laga dein aur halki aanch (low flame) par 8–10 minutes fry karein jab tak golden aur crispy na ho jayein.
🍽️ Serving Suggestion:
Garam garam chicken pakoray ko hari chutney ya imli chutney ke sath serve karein.
✨ Crispy, spicy aur bohat hi tasty – Ramadan ke liye perfect snack!

Remove and drain excess oil.
