Momo is one of my most favorite street foods! I can have them any time of day & any day of the year!! But, I personally feel, best time to have steaming hot momo is during monsoons and rains. So, get going and make these momo this monsoon season. I have compiled a list of 4 different types of momo for you in this video.

INGREDIENTS:
BUTTER GARLIC MOMO:
Cover Dough:
• ½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour (गेहूँ का आटा)
• ½ Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida (मैदा)
• Salt as per Taste (नमक)
Stuffing:
• 2-3 Tsp Oil (तेल)
• 1-2 Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च)
• 1 Tsp Butter (मक्ख़न)
• 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अद्रक लहसुन पेस्ट)
• 2 Cups Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी)
• 2 Pinch Crushed Black Pepper (कुटा हुई काली मिर्च)
• 2 Tbsp Coriander (धनिया)
• Salt as per Taste (नमक)
Sauce:
• 2 Tsp Butter (मक्ख़न)
• 1 Tbsp Garlic (लहसुन)
• 2 Tbsp Coriander (धनिया)
• ¼ Tsp to ½ Tsp Maggi Masala (मैगी मसाला)
• 2 Tsp Cream (मलाई)
MAGGI MOMO:
Dough:
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 Tsp (or less) Salt
1 Tsp Oil
Stuffing:
2 Tsp Oil
1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp Chopped Carrot
2 Tbsp Chopped Beans
2 Tbsp Chopped Cabbage
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
3/4 Cup Water
1 Packet Maggi Noodles & Maggi Masala (that comes with it)
1 Tsp Butter
Salt as per Taste
CHILLI MOMO:
Stuffing:
2 Tsp Oil
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger Garlic
1 Medium Onion
1 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
2 Cups Grated Cabbage
1/4 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Salt as per Taste
Cover:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
Salt as per Taste
Sauce:
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger & Garlic
1 Small Onion
1-2 Green Chilli
1 Small Capsicum
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Cornflour + 1/4 Cup Water
A pinch of Salt
SOOJI MOMO:
400 gm Cabbage
2-3 Tsp Oil (Using Disano Extra Light Olive Oil)
1 & 1/2 Tsp Garlic & Green Chillies Paste
1 Tsp Grated Ginger
1 Big Sized Roughly Chopped Onion
1/4 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Salt as per Taste
1 Cup Semolina/Sooji/Rawa
