• 6 Moves:
Squat to Overhead Press
Romanian Deadlift (RDL)
Push-Ups
Renegade Rows
Reverse Lunge
Russian Twists
• 3 Rounds Total
• 1 Minute Rest Between Rounds
• Each circuit takes just about 3 minutes
• Ends with an optional short cool-down
