Welcome to @AnjaleysKitchen! In today’s video, we’re making Crispy, healthy, and delicious Palak Cutlet Recipe made with fresh spinach and simple ingredients. This Spinach Cutlet is a perfect evening snack, tea-time recipe, or kids lunch box snack. Easy to prepare and full of nutrition, this healthy veg cutlet can be shallow fried or air fried.
If you are looking for a quick veg snack recipe, weight loss friendly snack, or a tasty way to include greens in your diet, this Palak Cutlet at Home recipe is just for you. Try this crispy outside, soft inside spinach cutlet and enjoy with green chutney or ketchup.
Ingredients:
Palak (Spinach) – 2 cups (finely chopped)
Boiled Potatoes – 2 medium (mashed)
Bread Crumbs – ½ cup
Besan (Gram Flour) – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 tsp (grated)
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
cheese - 2 tbsp
Oil – for shallow frying

Instructions:
Step 1: Firstly, clean and wash the spinach and then chop it finely.
Step 2 - Now take a bowl and add chopped spinach, boiled potato, gram flour, sooji, green chillies, chopped ginger, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and cheese and mix it well.
Step 3 - Now make this paste in the shape of cutlets.
Step 4 - Now take a pan on medium flame, add oil in it and shallow fry all the cutlets till they turn golden from both the sides.
Step 5 - Now take them out in a plate and serve them with hot chutney and enjoy.
चरण - 1 सबसे पहले पलक को साफ करके धो कर फिर अच्छे से बारीक काट कर लेंगे
चरण 2 - अब एक कटोरी लेंगे और उसमें कटी हुई पालक, उबले आलू, बेसन, सूजी, हरी मिर्च, कटी हुई अदरक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, गरम मसाला, नमक और पनीर डालकर अच्छे से मिक्स कर लेंगे।
चरण 3 - अब इस पेस्ट को कटलेट का आकार देंगे
चरण 4 - अब मध्यम आंच पर एक पैन लेंगे और उसमें तेल डालकर डालकर उसमें सारे कटलेट को दोनों तरफ से सुनहरा होने तक शैलो फ्राई कर लेंगे।
चरण 5 - अब इन्हें एक प्लेट में निकाल कर गरम गरम चटनी के साथ परोसें और आनंद लें
