Yeh recipe perfect hai breakfast, lunchbox ya tea-time snack ke liye. Sirf kuch basic ingredients se aap ghar par hi dhaba-style onion paratha bana sakte hain.

In parathon ko dahi, butter, achar ya chai ke saath serve kijiye aur apne family ko khush kijiye 😍
Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
2 medium onions (pyaz – finely chopped)
2–3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1–2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger (grated or paste)
½ tsp red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala (optional)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1–2 tsp lemon juice or amchur powder (optional)
Water (as needed to knead dough)
Oil or ghee (for cooking parathas)

Instructions:
Step 1- First of all, take a bowl, add wheat flour, carom seeds, salt in it and make a soft dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes to rest.
Step 2 - Now put a pan on the gas and add oil to it, add cumin, asafoetida, fennel and coriander powder to it, add onion and basic spices to it and make the stuffing.
Step 3 - Now we will make a dough ball, then add stuffing to it and roll the paratha and then place the pan on medium flame and apply oil on both the sides of the paratha and fry it.
Step 4 - Now serve hot parathas with your favorite chutney, curd or tea and enjoy.
चरण 1- सबसे पहले एक कटोरी लेंगे उसमें गेहू का आटा, अजवाइन, नमक डालकर एक नरम आटा लगा लेंगे और 10 मिनट आराम के लिए रख देंगे
चरण 2 - अब गैस पर एक पैन रखेंगे और उसमें तेल डालकर, उसमें जीरा, हींग, सौंफ और धनिया पाउडर डालकर, करके प्याज डालकर, उसमें बेसिक मसाला डालकर, डालकर स्टफिंग बना लेंगे।
चरण 3 - अब आटे का पेड़ा बना लेंगे, उसमें स्टफिंग डालकर, पराठा बेल लेंगे और फिर मध्यम आंच पर पैन रख कर उसमें पराठे की दोनो साइड तेल लगाकर सेक लेंगे।
चरण 4 - अब गरम गरम परांठे को अपने मन पसंद चटनी, दही या चाय के साथ परोसें और आनंद लें
