Hello, welcome back!
Today we’ll be doing a 30 minute beginner friendly workout 💛
This is a low impact/no jumping and no equipment session created to help you move your body, build strength, and feel good!
This workout is perfect if you’re a beginner or getting back into exercise or if you just want to avoid high impact /jumping when workout.
We’ll move at a comfortable pace and focus on controlled movements and please remember that you can pause, rest, or modify any exercise at any time:)
You don’t need anything except a little space, a piece of mat and some water?😅
