In this video, I break down a simple lower body + arms workout that proves how basic strength training can be:
• Tempo Back Squats (3x5 at 70–75%)
• Hack Squats (3x5)
• Leg Press (2x15 near failure)
• Barbell Curls (3x10)
• Skull Crushers (3x10)
• Core work
