The Workout Routine:
Leg Press: 4 Sets x 10-12 Reps (Focus on depth)
Hack Squats: 3 Sets x 8-10 Reps (The ultimate quad builder)
Lying Leg Curls: 3 Sets x 12-15 Reps (Hamstring isolation)
Leg Extensions: 3 Sets x 15 Reps (Total burnout).
