Onions                   2  150 gms squares

Capsicum              2  100 gms squares

Green chilies  3  cut in half lengthwise

Ginger/Garlic paste   1  tsp

Garlic                      1 tblsp chopped 

Tomato sauce.      2 tblsp 

Chilli sauce            1 tblsp 

Soy sauce              1 tblsp 

Pepper                   1/2 tsp

Salt                          1 tsp 

Oil                            4 tblsp
