材料 Ingredients:
五百克豬骨 500g pork bone
四百克鯪魚脊,切件 400g dace
兩小塊果皮 2 pieces of tangerine peel
六十克赤小豆 60g chixiaodou
六十克扁豆 60g Indian beans
六粒蜜棗 6 dates
一斤粉葛 600g kudzu
水一共五公升 5 litres water
