🥜 Ingredients
Makhana (Fox Nuts)
Peanuts – 50 grams
Ghee – 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves – 8–10
Salt – as per taste
Chaat masala – to taste
Red chilli powder – to taste
Turmeric – a pinch
Coriander powder – optional
👩🍳 Recipe
Heat a pan on low flame and add 1 tablespoon ghee
Add curry leaves and let them turn crisp
Add makhana and peanuts
Roast on low flame, tossing continuously, until crunchy
Add salt, chaat masala, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder
Roast for another 1–2 minutes
Switch off the gas and let it cool
Store in an airtight container and enjoy for several days
