想吃pisang goreng, 因为买到不到pisang raja,只能找到橙薯,那就吃炸橙薯吧。这是马来友人自家炸香蕉面糊的配方,不须泡打粉,外皮也能炸得脆的。如果你那里买得到这种香蕉的话,空闲时就试做吧!

准备时间:10分钟
煮时:25分钟
材料A (面糊材料):
200克 面粉
50克 粘米粉
½ 茶匙 盐
½ 茶匙 黄姜粉
350 克 水
材料B:
600克/ 2条 橙薯
适量 油
准备功夫:
1. 把面糊材料混合,搅拌均匀
2. 然后,把橙薯加入面糊里,拌匀
做法:
1. 中小火烧热一个锅油,把沾上面糊的橙薯加入
2. 炸至两面金黄色 (大概10分钟),起锅沥油
3. 同样的步法,继续把其余的橙薯炸完
4. 熄火,橙薯片沥油,开动啦

Ingredients A (for Batter):
200 g flour
50 g rice flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
350 g water
Ingredients B:
600 g sweet potato
Some oil
Preparations:
1. Mix all batter ingredients, stir evenly
2. Dip sliced sweet potato into batter, mix evenly
Steps:
1. Heat sufficient oil in a wok to deep fry, add sweet potato to fry with low-medium heat
2. Deep fry both sides of sliced sweet potato until golden brown for around 10 minutes, retrieve and rinse
3. Repeat the same steps to finish deep frying all the sweet potato
4. Turn off the gas, rinse and it’s done!
