Cili boh 100g(超市买现成的)
洋葱一粒
江鱼仔适量
水适量
糖/ 盐适量
油适量

Recipe:
5 whole eggs
Onion -1
Dried anchovies -to taste
Cili boh 100g(Store- bought)
Water -to taste
Sugar and -to taste
Oil- as needed
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Method:
1:Boil the eggs, then remove the shells.
Fry the eggs until the surface wrinkles and turns golden set a aside
2:Fry the dried anchovies until fragrant.
3: Sliced the onion
Heat a generator amount of oil in a pan.Add the minced garlic and sauce until fragrant.then add sliced onion and continue to sauce until aromatic.
Then add the cili boh and stir-fry well.
Add some appropriate amount of water.then pour in the cili boh.
Stir -fry until fragrant.
Add sugar and salt, Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Gently stir in the eggs and dried anchovies, then simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.
