1 head of cauliflower (keep green leaves or stems that come with it), chopped into florets
⅓ C melted coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
½ tsp ground turmeric
Kosher salt

2 Serrano or jalapeno chiles, thinly sliced
1 C unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp finely grated lime zest
