Hathersage Village Walk – Exploring the English Countryside

No talking, just walking, exploring the English Countryside. Hathersage is a picturesque village in the Peak District National Park, situated in the Hope Valley of Derbyshire. It lies 10 miles west of Sheffield and is surrounded by dramatic gritstone edges, rolling hills, and lush green countryside. Hathersage has Saxon origins and was mentioned in the Domesday Book (1086). The village was historically known for its cutlery and needle-making industries, with local factories supplying Sheffield. It has strong connections to Robin Hood legends, with Little John’s Grave located in the village churchyard. The famous writer Charlotte Brontë stayed in Hathersage in 1845, using it as inspiration for "Jane Eyre", with the fictional Morton based on the village. St. Michael & All Angels Church is a historic 14th-century church standing on a hill, offering stunning views over the Hope Valley. A beautiful walk! Do enjoy :)

I use Davinci Resolve Studio 19 to do some basic colour editing. Mainly making sure the sky isn't over exposed. It's from Camera straight to YouTube. No cuts, no fancy business, no talking, just walking.
