2014: Quit smoking
2015: Discovered the gym
2016: Overcome smartphone addiction
2017: Moved to Australia
2017: Started meditating, found the real enemy: my mind
2017: Quit alcohol
2018: Graduated MSc in top 1% at Griffith University
2018: Meditation unlocked who I was meant to be
2018: Life made sense, I was finally happy
2018: Started a PhD in behavioural science
2019: Started a coaching company
2021: Got married (in Australia)
2021: Welcomed our daughter
2022: Got married (in The Netherlands)
2022: Started BJJ
2023: Earned my PhD
2024: Welcomed our son
2024: Won double gold in a BJJ comp
2024: Got a blue belt in BJJ
2025: Reached 100+ clients coached
2026: Just getting started
