"Buns"
32 grams protein powder (I used PEScience Snickerdoodle)
32 grams Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Buttermilk Mix
43 grams liquid egg whites
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl & cook on a mini Dash pancake maker. Layer with egg patty, sausage, & cheese. Re heat in air fryer or microwave.
2 "Bun" Macros=82 calories, 5 net carbs, 13 g protein, & 1 g fat.
Blueberry Overnight Oats
40 grams old fashioned oats
10 grams protein powder
38 grams blueberry flavored Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon monkfruit
1 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
3/4 cup almond milk
70 grams frozen blueberries
15 grams of nut butter (I used American Dreams Blueberry Brunch)
*Mix all ingredients together & store in the fridge until ready to eat*
Macros: 344 calories, 36 net carbs, 21 grams protein, 11 grams fat
Coffee Overnight Oats
40 grams old fashioned oats
12 grams protein powder (I used PEScience Mocha flavor)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/4 cup cold brew coffee
1 teaspoon maple extract
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
8 grams Lily's Chocolate Salted Caramel Baking Chips
*Mix all ingredients together & store in the fridge until ready to eat*
Macros: 310 calories, 39 net carbs, 15 grams protein, 8 grams fat
Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats:
40 grams old fashioned oats
60 grams Light & Fit Strawberry Cheesecake yogurt
10 grams protein powder (I used PEScience Cake Pop)
3/4 cup almond milk
cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
100 grams sliced strawberries
*Mix all ingredients together & store in the fridge until ready to eat*
Macros: 278 calories, 35 net carbs, 19 grams protein, 5 grams fat
Protein Cheesecake:
32 ounces nonfat plain Greek yogurt (I used Fage 0%)
1 package Jello Sugar Free pudding mix (I used white chocolate)
1 egg
57 grams liquid egg whites
3 tablespoons of sugar substitute (I used Lakanto monkfruit)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon Jordan's Skinny Syrup (I used white choc mocha)
Mix all ingredients with a hand held mixer. Bake 350 degrees for 30-38 minutes. I have found 38 minutes baked plus chilled overnight is best!
Serve with fruit or nut butter on top!
Cheesecake macros (1 slice): 84 calories, 6 net carbs, 14 grams protein, 1 gram fat
