45min calming pranayama

Hi! In this video we'll be taking 3 slow pranayama rthythms; Sama Vritti (prana square), Analoma (maybe my favourite rhythm!), and Ujjayi (balance of inhale/exhale). Each rhythm goes for a little over 10minutes, and if you don't have time for the full practice, you can do any of these as a standalone practice. And the end of the practice you should feel alert, but calm and relaxed; the nervous system in "balance".

Remember in pranayama to never force your breath; it can take many months or years to be very comfortable with long, slow rhythms. Be kind to yourself, and use the practice to help cultivate patience!
