Life is often (too) busy, and we can't always make time for a long meditation/pranayama practice. So I've distilled the practice down to a very accessible 15 minutes; we can all find time for that!
This practice helps stimulate the digestive system and the cardiovascular system, whilst balancing the nervous system; an excellent all-round practice in just 15minutes a day. You could always make it longer if you have time by taking a few extra rounds of the fast rhythms, and sitting for longer with the slow rhythm!
