Описание: Miriam begins her talk by inviting the audience to reflect on how they feel about the days of the week — the excitement of Friday, the joy of Saturday, and the anxiety many experience on Sunday evening when thinking about Monday.

Drawing from her personal experience, she explores how we relate to work and why stress and burnout have become so common. Rather than changing jobs, Miriam chose to change her relationship with work, challenging the idea that we can separate who we are at work from who we are at home.

She closes by inviting the audience to see Monday as the project they once dreamed of starting and to bring qualities like kindness, trust, patience, and authenticity into their working lives. Miriam is a lawyer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience working with international companies across sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, healthcare, energy, IT&C, and media.

She has extensive experience in negotiating high-stakes contracts in both the private and public sectors, with a strong focus on public procurement and its impact on society. Miriam also co-created Romania’s first digital solution for the legal industry, designed to simplify complex regulatory processes through automation.

She is the founder of V7 Startup Studio, a coworking space in Bucharest and Iași, created to support professionals in their growth and development.
