Then with the sweet mango chopped, Jennifer turns her attention to a sweet red bell pepper. She shows you how to chop it and talks about some of the advantages to using it in this dressing.
Although the dressing is technically complete at this point, Jennifer adds one last little extra, a final 'secret sauce' in the form of sweet, unctuous balsamic vinegar. It takes the dressing to a whole new level.
