Oft times the very thing that we use the most is the very thing that we don't care to put care into. Our feet we use them all the time they are connected to the ground most closely.. Anything from the ground up our feet are the ones that feel the impact. This video is not so much about doing yoga poses as opposed to finding ways to give some love to our most overused body part.

Performed Routine and Benefits

0:45 Rocking heels to toes.
Start off with bringing some strength to the feet in seated squat. This position realize the strength and balance our feet have and work on that, by rocking from heels to toes.
3:10 Walk in Seated Squat
Impose a little more by walking in this position. Stretching toes, ankles, arches, and tendons top part of foot.
4:25 Work Knee & Ankle Mobility and Range.
Stool and strap aid in increasing range of not only the ankle area, also inside outside parts of arch foot, but also help with increasing knee range. Mobility in knee and feet is noticeable.
7:18 Walk using toes.
helps build up the arch of the foot and excercise the toes that are locked up in our shoes. Begin to become aware the strength Toes really have not just in balance but in movement.
8:15 Massage foot
rolling on a broomstick, provides great relief at any time to entire foot area from heels (cuboid bone),to arch, to balls of feet (and metatarsal bones). Particularly heels of the foot that get worn down from daily activities.
9:44 Massage top and bottom foot via body weight
Crossing our feet provides a great massage and stress relief for the feet. The top part of one nestles inside the arch of the opposite foot helps in the plantar fascia region of one foot and the metatarsal (ot top of midfoot) region of the oppositefoot.
