Hey Everyone!!!
Here's the Workout! :)
LEANER LEGS WORKOUT:
Warm up - 2-5 minutes on treadmill
Sprints - 15-20 minutes (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off)
Bulgarian Split Squat - 10 reps per leg for 4 sets
Front Barbell Split Squat - 10 reps per leg for 4 sets
Assisted Pistol Squats - 10 reps per leg for 4 sets
Front Barbell Squat with Heels on Plates - 15 reps for 4 sets
Finish with pulses without weight - 10 pulses after every set
DO-ANYWHERE LEANER LEGS:
Single Leg Hamstring Curl - 15 reps per leg for 5 sets
Plank with Straight Leg Kick Back - 10-15 reps per leg for 5 sets
Side Leg Lifts - 15 reps per leg for 5 sets
Swiss Ball Roll-ins - 6-12 reps (depending on 1 you do 1 leg or 2) for 4-5 sets
