This dynamic workout is designed to increase your heart rate, burn calories, lower blood sugar, and improve your metabolism, balance and coordination, all while having fun. It's been tailored specifically for older adults, ensuring that every movement is safe, effective, and adaptable to individual fitness levels. In this session, you'll engage in a variety of kickboxing techniques, before each move I'll demonstrate at the bottom right what will be coming next. Get ready to burn calories and strengthen muscles!
