60 MINUTE BRUTAL POWER HOUR - Well, let's face it, Power Hour's are tough workouts! It's a total body workout hitting lower body, upper body, cardio and abs, and each exercise is for 1 minute! It can be difficult especially if it's an exercise that you don't like! But stick with it, and let me know in the comments below what you favorite circuit was!

Format: 4 Circuits - 1 minute intervals (lower, upper, cardio, abs) 15 sec rest in between
You will need: A variety of dumbbells, box or bench to step on
No warm up included- please do it on your own.
Circuit 1:
Deadlift front lunge
Sit thru pushup
In-n-out fast feet
Bear crawl
x3
Circuit 2:
Weighted step up
Tricep press extension
2 Jack, jack squat
Eagle crunch
x3
Circuit 3:
Weighted glute abduction
Wide row hammer curl
2 jack tuck jump
Scorpian get up
Circuit 4:
3 pulse squat
Forward press arnold
In-n-out squat jump 1/4 turn
3 point knee in plank
