Ingredients:⁣
⁣
• 1 pack of instant noodles, curry flavored - noodles boiled for 1/2 cooking time⁣
• 1 pc fried fish cake, sliced ⁣⁣
• 100 grams grilled chicken breast, shredded ⁣
• 1 pack of instant curry noodle seasoning⁣
• 1 egg⁣
• 100 grams of mustard greens, cut into 1 inch⁣
• 1 tomato, cut into wedges⁣
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced ⁣
• 2 shallots, minced ⁣
• 1 red chili, minced ⁣
• 1 tablespoon of chili paste⁣
• 1 tablespoon oil⁣
⁣
Seasoning sauce, mix together ⁣
⁣
• 1 tablespoon of chili sauce⁣
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of tomato sauce⁣
• 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce⁣
• 1 teaspoon of fish sauce⁣
• 1 teaspoon of soy sauce⁣
• 1 teaspoon of dark sweet soy sauce⁣
• A dash of ground white pepper ⁣

Instructions:⁣
⁣
1. Bring a pot of water to boil over high heat, cook instant for 1 minute. Drain noodles with a colander and set aside.⁣⁣⁣⁣
2. Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil, heat until hot. Add garlic, shallots & chili, stir-fry for 40 seconds. Add the chili paste, cook until the oil separates.⁣
3. Then add the fish cakes and shredded chicken. Stir fry for 1 minute. Push the fish cakes and chicken to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the other side. Scramble the egg using a spatula until slight cooked.⁣⁣
4. Add the instant curry seasoning and mix them together.⁣ Next, add the mustard greens and tomato to the pan and stir-fry it with the fish cakes, chicken and egg mixture. ⁣
5. Add the cooked instant noodles to the pan and toss them with the fish cakes, chicken, mustard free and and tomato. Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles in the pan. Stir everything together until well coated in the sauce.⁣⁣⁣
6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.⁣⁣ Remove the pan from heat and serve the noodles hot.⁣⁣⁣
