Best Chinese Style Celery Recipe with Shrimp and Cashew Nuts – Quick, Healthy, and Full of Flavor!
Ingredients:
Celery – 300g
Shrimp – 150g (about 13–15 medium-sized shrimp)
Carrot – 20g
Cashew nuts – 50g
Garlic slices – 3 cloves
Ginger slices – 5g
To marinate the shrimp:
Salt – 1/4 tsp
White pepper – a pinch
Chinese cooking wine – 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch – 1/4 tsp
For the sauce:
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chicken bouillon powder(Optional) – 1/2 tsp
Oyster sauce – 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch – 1/2 tsp
Water – 40g
This stir fry is a perfect combo of juicy shrimp, crunchy celery, and roasted cashew nuts. High in lean protein, fiber, and healthy fats, it’s one of my favorite go-to meals whenever I want something light, clean, and satisfying.
