I demonstrate a level changing K1 Kickboxing combination on the heavy bag. And how I like to break it down into stages, to drill for skill.
You can see this combination in Muay Thai, Full Contact Kickboxing, and K1 Kickboxing, too. Most people wont expect two right hands in a row, so practice that skill to draw your shoulder back to get more power in your combination.
This can even help your mma training by improving your striking skill.
