Hi Warriors!
Today we have a Metcon workout which is packed with a series of compound exercises.These exercises are going to build strength and challenge your stamina. There are no repeats today so this is a very diverse workout that will push your fitness goals and leave you sweaty but feeling accomplished. Remember to go slow and control the movements. We will have a finisher at the end. Let’s get it done! I hope you’re ready! Let’s go!

❀45 seconds ON/15 seconds OFF
❀Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 40 Seconds. After 20 seconds of rest, continue to the next move.
