Join me today for an express 20 minute Pilates workout. This is a great class when you are short on time and want to get into your Pilate’s flow and feel amazing from the inside out. Our goal today is to tone, sculpt and strengthen your whole body while using our breath to feel amazing! We are going to focus on our core, obliques, glutes, chest, triceps and thighs today. Today’s class will leave you feeling empowered and strong, ready to take on the day. By working through a series of Pilates-inspired toning exercises this class will build strength, definition With time your core will get stronger and each abs exercise will get easier.
