🇸🇸 Spinach & Peanut Butter Stew | Beef Recipe

Описание: This is a rich, creamy and nutty South Sudanese spinach & peanut butter stew. It features tender beef cooked with spinach, lots of onions, peanut butter, garlic and a blend of spices.

INGREDIENTS LIST:
750g beef
2 large onions
750g chopped spinach (frozen)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 ½ tablespoons tomato paste
2-3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 ½ teaspoons coriander powder
1 ½ teaspoons cumin powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

HOW MY FAMILY & I EAT THIS: This stew can be paired with rice, asida, kisra, Ethiopian injera or bread rolls.
