Описание: Plateaus are the bane of anyone focused on building muscle and sculpting their physique and in this video I outline some very clear steps that have helped me avoid plateaus almost completely. For the past three decades I have trained with a system called Naturally Intense High Intensity Training and it helped me go from being a skinny teenager to a natural bodybuilding champion. Most importantly, I never really experienced much in the way a training plateau. I always continued to make progress and get stronger.

Now if this was just my experience you could chalk it up as being irrelevant due to the law of small numbers. But it's not. For the past thirty-three years I have helped hundreds of men and women build muscle, lose fat and get stronger with this form of high intensity training. So the principles have been proven over time with a diverse number of people, from natural bodybuilders like myself to men and women trying realize their fitness goal.
