Momos are a type of steamed filled dumpling in Tibetan and Nepali cuisine that is also popular in neighbouring India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan
Veg Stream Momo & Chutney. There are many varieties of filling like veg, paneer, chicken, beef, etc. and it can be steam and fried, but most commonly it is steamed.
Momo is served with spicy tangy chutney maked with red chillis, garlic and tomatoes which elevates its taste and flavours.
Ingredients for Chutney -
4-5 No. Spicy Dry Red Chillis | सूखी तेज लाल मिर्च
1 No. Kashmiri Dry Red Chilli | कश्मीरी सूखी लाल मिर्च
3 Small Tomatoes | टमाटर
10-12 No. Garlic Cloves | लहसुन की कलियाँ
1/4 Inch Ginger | अदरक
8-10 Fresh Coriander Stems | ताज़ा धनिया का डंठल
1/4 Tsp Salt (As Per Taste) | नमक स्वाद अनुसार
1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 Tsp Oil | तेल
1/4 Tsp Sugar | चीनी
1/4 Tsp White Vinegar | सफेद सिरका
Ingredients for Momo-
1 Cup Refined Wheat Flour | मैदा
1/4 Tsp Salt | नमक
250 gm (Finely Chopped) Cabbage | बारीक कटी हुई पत्ता गोभी
2 Medium (Finely Chopped) Onion | बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज
1 No. (Finely Chopped) Carrot | बारीक कटी हुई गाजर
1 Tsp Salt | नमक
1 Inch (Finely Chopped) Ginger | बारीक कटा हुआ अदरक
2 No. (Finely Chopped) Green Chillis | बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च
6-7 No. (Finely Chopped) Garlic Cloves | बारीक कटा हुआ लहसुन
2 Tbsp (Finely Chopped) Fresh Coriander Leaves | बारीक कटी हुई ताजी धनिया पत्ती
1 Tbsp Oil | तेल
1/2 Tsp Salt (As Per Taste) | नमक स्वाद अनुसार
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder | काली मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 Tsp Dark Soya Sauce | डार्क सोया सॉस
Oil for Brushing | ब्रश करने के लिए तेल
