13/1/25: A short mobility session to do before running - this is my standard indoor prerun mobility session in kneeling (if your knees don't like kneeling or you're outside see session 1 instead).
0:00 - kneeling hip mobility
2:40 - into ankle mobility and hamstrings
7:30 - adductors
9:10 - thoracic spine
11:00 - glute engagement
