The other day we did the rhythm part of this lesson and today we are going to be breaking down how to play the fills, in this we will actually use all 5 shapes of the pentatonic scale, shapes 1, 2, 4 and 5 in the minor position of A and then we will also play shape 3 in the major position of the A pentatonic scale. The idea here is to show you where to put your fills, how to use different shapes to create fills, how to connect different shapes with your fills and how to create energy and build up to a strong musical climax.
