These fudgy brownies are rich, dense, and irresistibly chocolatey, with a glossy, crackly top and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth center. Every bite delivers deep cocoa flavor and a perfectly moist texture, making them the ultimate treat for true chocolate lovers.
RECIPE OF PERFCT FUDGY BROWNIES:
Dark chocolate: 150g
Butter: 100g (1/2 cup)
Eggs: 3
White sugar: 150g (3/4 cup)
Brown sugar: 100g (1/2 cup)
Flour: 80g (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons)
Cocoa powder: 25g (1/4 cup)
Vanilla essence : 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Chocolate chips: 50g
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate on medium flame until completely melted. You can also use double boiler or microwave.
2. Now beat the eggs, white sugar and brown sugar until the mixture gets pale and sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Now add the butter and chocolate mixture while it’s still warm.
4. Add vanilla essence and mix gently.
5. Add the dry ingredients like flour, cocoa powder and salt and gently mix until you don’t see any dry ingredients.
6. Add the chocolate chunks or chocolate chips.
7. Pour the batter into a 8”x8” square pan and bake at 160C for 20-25 minutes.
8. Do a toothpick test and the toothpick shouldn’t be completely clean. It must have some crumbs on it.

These cookies are so easy to make and you need only 3 basic ingredients to make these delicious jam cookies. Whether its a get together or any festive occasion, these cookies can be baked only in 15 minutes.
JAM HEART COOKIES :
Butter: 70g
Icing sugar: 35g
All purpose flour: 100g
Salt: a pinch
Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
Strawberry jam: 2 tablespoons
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cream the butter and sugar and add salt and vanilla essence.
2. Add flour and mix until a dough is formed.
3. Make small round cookies by taking one tablespoon of dough for each cookie.
4. Make an indent of heart on the cookie with a spoon.
5. Refrigerate the cookies for 30 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, add the jam to the heart and bake the cookies at 160C for 15 minutes.
