In *Fish Out of Water*, a short from *The Tom and Jerry Show (2014)*, Hildie and Beatie return from the Ol’ Time Goblin Fair with a giant piranha they won as a prize, but the critters warn Tom and Jerry not to touch it. True to form, Tom wants a bite, while Jerry tries to protect the fish from becoming dinner. After a broken fishbowl and some classic cat-vs-mouse antics, Jerry uses a magic wand to help the fish breathe on dry land, leading to a frantic journey as the liberated fish explores its new environment and complicates everything Jerry is trying to do — all while Tom still wants a meal.
