Tom and Jerry The Brothers Carry-Mouse-Off is a 1965 MGM/Chuck Jones era animated short where Tom relentlessly tries to catch Jerry using increasingly wild traps before resorting to disguising himself in a female mouse costume to lure his nemesis. Jerry uses ingenuity and gadgets—like a radar-equipped lounge and clever fishing-line tricks—to outsmart Tom at every turn. Despite Tom’s attempts, including inflatable mishaps and wardrobe masquerades, Jerry stays one step ahead, and Tom’s disguise attracts not only Jerry but a crowd of mice and hungry cats, leading to chaotic hilarity before the short ends on a heart-shaped iris out.
