Описание: 53 Minute Pumpkin Spice Latte Total Body Workout!
I used this format last year around this time. It was suggested by one of my members, Megan and I loved it! Take the letters PSL, and each exercise has to start with that letter. So, you may think that there will be a lot of planks, squats and lunges, but we've got more than that coming at you in this total body cardio and strength workout!
You will need: A variety of dumbbells, bench (optional)
Format: 30/10 repeat each exercise 3x in a row then move on.
