今天真是忙碌的一天，亲戚家要宰牛，阿霞一家都去帮忙，从准备牛肉到熬牛扒烀经历了好几个小时的烹饪。第一顿的牛肉，虽然肉有点硬，但依旧香气扑鼻。特别是加入花椒、小米辣和薄荷，味道更是浓郁无比。吃上一口，顿时感到满足。一家人忙碌了一天，坐下来享受这一锅热腾腾的牛肉，真的超级满足。如果你来到保山，一定要尝尝我们这里的小黄牛肉，绝对不会让你失望哦！
It’s been such a busy day. My relatives were slaughtering a cow, and my family went to help. From preparing the beef to cooking the beef stew, we spent hours in the kitchen. The first dish of beef was a little tough, but still fragrant. Especially with the addition of Sichuan peppercorns, small chili peppers, and mint, the flavor was incredibly rich. One bite and I felt completely satisfied. After a whole day of hard work, sitting down to enjoy this hot pot of beef with my family was truly fulfilling. If you ever come to Baoshan, be sure to try our local Yellow Cattle beef – you won’t be disappointed!
