Soaked rice (भीगे हुए चावल)- 1 cup
Boiled potato (उबले आलू) - 1
Tomato (टमाटर) - 1
Carrot (गाजर) - 1/2
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - 1 small
Onion (प्याज) - 1
Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 1
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2-3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Jeera (जीरा) - 1 tsp
Black papper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Water - 1/4 cup
Eno - 1 tsp + water - 2 tbsp
