Yellow mung dal (मूंग दाल) - 1/2 cup
Rice (चावल) - 3/4 cup
Semolina (सूजी) - 2 tbsp
Chickpea flour (बेसन) - 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp
Curd (दही) - 1/4 cup
Water (पानी) - 1/2 cup + 1 cup
Hing (हींग) - 1/4 tsp
Sugar (शक्कर) - 1 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 1
Coriander leaves (धनिया)
Paneer (पनीर)
