This class focuses on releasing all sides of the legs:
Front (quadriceps)
Inner thighs (adductors)
Back (hamstrings)
Outer legs (IT band and abductors)
Through long-held poses, you’ll target the fascia, improve flexibility, and nourish your tissues — leaving your body grounded and your mind calm.
