Today we are making all vegan rasta pasta:
1lb bag pasta of choice
1/2 lb mushroom
4 stalks green onions
1 regular onions
5 cloves garlic
1 bunch thyme
I Tbsp allspice
Red, green and yellow bell peppers
6 ounces coconut milk
Instructions:
1.Blend onions, garlic, thyme and allspice
2.Saute seasoning add cubed mushroom, let cook for 5 minutes
3.Add diced bell peppers and onions, all purpose seasoning to taste, coconut milk and cooked pasta. Sauté together for approx 3 minutes, let sit for 3 more minutes, then serve.
