Cornmeal porridge:
1 1/2 cups fine cornmeal
4 - 5 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1Tbsp vanilla extract
1. Bring water to a boil, add salt and cinnamon sticks
2. Mix cornmeal with water and add to the pot
3. Let cook on low heat for 25 - 30 minutes
4. Sweeten with condensed and coconut milk to desired taste
5. Add vanilla extract
6. Garnish with cinnamon powder and serve hot
