All purpose tomato stew ;    • ALL PURPOSE TOMATO STEW | TIME SAVING STEW...  

4Kg Chopped canned tomatoes
500g Tomato paste
800mil cooking oil
8-10 pieces of medium size white onions
4 red onions
3 mixed bell peppers
Salt
1 tbs curry powder
2 tbs All purpose seasoning
A handful if Chopped spring onions

3 thumb size ginger
A bunch of garlic
1 tbs rosemary
1 tbs thyme
6 onions

~~~proteins~~~~
2kg soft chicken
1.5 kg full broiler (hard chicken )

3.5kg Thompson fish
