Hello, SHE-zums! Did you know that once a month I will be releasing a workout challenge for you to test your stamina and progress! Yes, that’s part of the hashtag #KrisMadeMeDoIt! So, here’s a 12-minute plank challenge for you, WITHOUT REST! 12 different plank exercises, 1 minute each! I already tried and posted this on my Instagram last April 2020! A lot of you requested for me to make a version on YouTube so you can follow along! You ask, I deliver!
