Описание: In this 35 Min POWER DUMBBELL Workout | Strength + Explosive + Bodyweight Cardio | No Repeat, we will perform 13 sets of 3 movements each. The first two movements will last for 40 seconds each, and the third one for 30 seconds at a faster pace. There will be a 15-second rest between movements and a 20-second break between each set.
The dumbbells I am using are:
2x18kg
Attention: The weight you choose for this workout will significantly impact its intensity and effectiveness. Challenge yourself!

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2-3 rounds.
