Chris (MA Psychology) and Alex (BA Psychology, MA Psychotherapy) bring over a decade of combined experience in somatic meditation, bioenergetics, and body-based psychotherapy. They support individuals in healing trauma, building resilience, and developing self-awareness, emphasizing authentic change through both spiritual insight and embodied practice.
